So, after the previous post, some computer problems, preparing my animations for rendering, rendering hundreds of frames, making video editing decisions, finding music and putting everything together, I present my new demo reel. Since my copy of Premiere Elements doesn't allow me to edit videos at 24 frames per second, and since Wax was too much trouble just to import all the frames, I just went with 30 frames per second. As noted in the credits, the music "Off to Osaka" is by Kevin MacLeod (http://incompetech.com)

Two character animation - "Ross finds out"
Well, after starting it after the last post, slowing down for the December holidays, and getting back to it in the New Year, I present my first animation with two characters. Only one character uses the dialogue, while the other one is a silent actor.

Animation - Sneak around wall
Hot summer days may have held this back a bit, but it's done. I tried a new situation, where the character makes two turns in one shot.

Acting Animation - Thinking
Trying something a little different, I made a little acting piece, this time with no dialogue. Imagine watching this with the Jeopardy! "Think!" music.

Practice animation - Judge Doom
Here's another dialogue piece. I chose one with more dialogue from the character, so I got to do more lip sync than the last one.

Practice animation - Running jump
Here's another thing I've been working on. This is the first time that I have animated a run, let alone a dive roll.

Practice animation - "Best in life"
With my new student copy of Maya, I started to get some practice by making animation to an audio clip from the film, "Conan the Barbarian."
